how you can help
become a volunteer!
If you are passionate about food waste and supporting your local community, you may want to volunteer to work for TRJFP-Twickenham.
We have a wide variety of roles across our volunteer team. From helping to set up the café and food surplus stalls, to front of house and serving duties, cooking and kitchen help, and packing down at the end of each session.
We also have a team of volunteer drivers who play a key role in collecting food from our partners either first thing in the morning or early evening. We’re always particularly keen to hear from anyone interested in joining our driving and collecting team – you can get in touch via the email
We also need support with marketing, social media and website maintenance.
We are flexible around the days and hours you volunteer according to the other volunteer availability. TRJFP provide training and PPE to enable you to work in a safe environment.
If you are interested please email Sarah on trjfp.twickenham@gmail.com for further information on current vacancies.

Make a Donation!

The café and food surplus hubs run on a ‘Pay as you Feel’ basis which aim to cover our operational costs. We are currently incurring additional costs due to Covid-19 guidelines and always have new projects on the go. For example, we have recently taken possession of an electric bike to collect and deliver locally. This requires garaging and regular maintenance. If you would like to make a donation to support our work please use the PayPal link below; or call-in during café opening hours to make a cash or contactless donation.
